The SMU subsidiary supermarket chain strengthens its loyalty club under the name Club Unimarc, a proposal that delivers immediate benefits to all its members, without the need to wait or collect points to obtain discounts and promotions.

With the premise of delivering a “high” benefit without waiting to add points, Unimarc enhances its loyalty club, now as Club Unimarc, allowing its clients to access important and new discounts throughout the country. Initially, associates will be able to access discounts at 50 restaurant chains that have more than 200 locations throughout Chile, as well as benefits on entertainment, health, travel and much more.

Jorge Sáez, manager of Unimarc, details that “we are constantly looking for ways to be closer to our clients and their families throughout the country, offering them special discounts on the products they consume the most and also giving them the possibility of accessing hundreds of benefits related to travel, restaurants and entertainment, among others. Belonging to the Unimarc Club is already a benefit and allows us to satisfy different needs with the great advantage of immediacy.”

One of the main attractions is the alliance with the national airline JetSMART, allowing its clients to access great discounts on air tickets.

The Unimarc Club also rewards the most loyal customers with better discounts on the products they buy the most and that are an important part of their basket. “For example, if I am a customer who regularly buys diapers and fruits, the application will recognize my preferences and offer coupons and special offers on said products, allowing access to a lower price in the categories that I look for the most,” adds Jorge Sáez.
